HELLBOY 2 a go' & A sequel to MASTER & COMMANDER in the works at Fox'

Hey folks, Harry here with word from them folks at TheHollywoodNews.Com regarding HELLBOY 2 - which we all pretty much knew was going to go ahead... but then the weird one... A sequel to MASTER & COMMANDER. Now I absolutely loved Peter Weir's MASTER AND COMMANDER and would love to see more of those books brought to life - if for no other reason than to disappear into that world and period for just a bit of time. Having said that, Billy Boyd - the source of this rumor does dish some possible major spoilers on this series below that you might not want to know. So - that's the reason for the spoiler warning...

Hi Harry and co. Paul here from The Hollywood News. A couple of our boys ventured down to the London Film and Comic Con in London at the weekend, and they attended one of the talks where Ron Perlman talked about Hellboy 2. He pretty much confirmed that the movie will enter pre-production Christmas time this year, and would shoot early 2006 for a late 2006/ early 2007 release.

We have the audio from the talk here: Click HEre

He also have a transcript of the talk here: Click Here

Also, Billy Boyd talked and said there may be a follow up to Master and Commander. It's 'being considered' at Fox apparently.

BB: There are like 21 books of Master and Commander, and Fox already own the ship so a lot of people, I think were confused as to why there hasn't been a sequel yet. We'll just have to wait and see. There is talk of it and Peter Weir said that I won't die in the next one, but he said I will die in the third one. So I've still got another movie, and then I've got a death scene! So great! I do hope they make some more as I had great fun making that film. It was one of the best summers of my life. Just because of the way things worked out. All of my friends came to stay including Elijah (Wood), Dom (Monahan).... a lot of the people from Lord of the Rings were staying at my house in Mexico as I made the film, and I was off working everyday as they surfed, and painted, played chess. We had a little hippy nation. So yeah...it was just a lot of fun to make that film. So yeah, I hope they make another one. Then I can go surfing again in Mexico.
