“The Invisible Hand of Fate” flashes back to when Dean and Hank were in diapers – to examine the terrible intertwined origins of Master Billy Quizboy and The Phantom Limb.

Pete White and Brock Samson were both major players in the tale, and we get first-hand glimpses of what was going on with Rusty Venture, Hunter Gathers, H.E.L.P.eR, Sheila Girlfriend and even Race Bannon at the time.
